feeling abit depress, stress and upset.. alot of things can happen in a very short time.. my mind keep flashing alot of things that i dun wan to even think abt it... i wonder y am i like that? izzit i too scare or wat? wonder if yr gf took pics with yr gd fren?? wonder if she lean onto yr gd fren and take photo how would u feel? nothing? or angry? for me.. im quite frustrated abt it.. maybe im conservative ba.. im just not that gd in handling those type of situation ba.. im sucks at it.. hahaha..

my life seems to be upside down.. its not up & down.. its upside down... haiz... wat happen ar? ever since my father pass away.. my life sucks to the max.. i would really like to see my fortune.. how sucks will my life goes to? where will it end? and y did it start?

recently my slip disc came back.. my back hurts like hell... doctors told me that if one day i shit and my back hurt like shit.. i must be admitted to hospital for thorough check ups.. but i didn't go.. guess wat.. I HATE TO SEE DOCS lol.. well.. guess i will die with my sickness ba.. heh heh..

currently i also doing some small work outs.. just carry some weights nothing much.. but i can feel that my arms r getting larger.. hmmm.. ya and getting alot lighter also. feel so shiock to have such light arms.. and slowly i will start to go back to jogging and swimming.. must keep up with the attitude also..

hmm.. i guess thats abt it le ba.. nth to blog much also.. nth really happen.. also dunno y i blog.. essentially i started blogging is to bring out my fustration.. then find that nagging abt things also fun.. hahaha... anyway.. im off to do other things le.. =)
